Our Beef

Our 100% grass-fed, grass finished beef comes from 4k Ranch in Roscoe Montana. The ranch's location in the fertile valley near the Beartooth Mountains provides ideal conditions for raising exceptional beef. Their cattle graze freely on diverse native grasses, herbs, and wildflowers. Their beef is prized for its lean profile, great flavor and higher levels of beneficial omega-3 fatty acids and antioxidants compared to conventional beef.

Our Milkshakes
and Soft Serve

Our soft serve and milkshakes come from Straus Family Creamery, a pioneering organic dairy company in Marin, California with a rich history and commitment to sustainability.
Straus uses organic milk from pasture-raised cows, giving the soft serve and milkshakes a pure, clean flavor. At around 14-16% butterfat (higher than most competitors), Straus soft serve has an extraordinarily creamy, rich texture.

Our Duck Fat Fries

Free of seed oils!
Our shoestring fries are golden and crispy, infused with rich duck fat for an indulgent flavor—no seed oils here! We cook them in rice bran oil and finish with duck fat for that perfect, decadent touch.

Our Soda from Alameda Soda Company

Free of HFCS - high fructose corn syrup!
Our craft sodas are made locally in Alameda with cane sugar and void of any high fructose corn syrup. Our sodas have no added colors and no artificial flavors.

Our buns come from Martin’s Famous potato rolls which are the industry standard for smash burgers, delivering a sweet, buttery flavor with a pillowy-soft texture and signature golden color that perfectly complements our crispy-edged patties.
